Hi Cream is an innovative product that arrives to the market with a new, unique and revolutionary proposal, in front of frozen Ice Cream.

 

Hi Cream presents the Ambient Ice Cream, the ice cream at ambient temperature. Hi Cream is the first market ice cream at ambient temperature (Ambient Ice Cream) that offers a buttered and creamy pantry ice cream, produced with natural ingredients, for those consumers who take care of their health, with a wide line of classic and vegan flavours for the elaboration of an authentic artisan ice cream, milkshake, smoothie, or frappe.

 

Ambient Ice Cream is a new category within the ice cream segment, which, unlike ice cream, presents new andmultiple advantages:

 

  • Greater comfort. It is a pantry ice cream: it can be preserved for 12 months at room temperature, until consumption, thanks to its UHT processing.

 

  • Better taste. The base preparation allows the rapid preparation of an artisan ice cream, with a creamy texture in the manner of traditional ice cream.

 

  • Healthier. With an energy value of 199 kcal, it offers much less calories than regular frozen ice cream. It allows the production of ice cream for vegans, with a base without animal proteins or milk substitutes. Only certified organic ingredients.

 

  • More combinations. Ice cream, Milkshake, Smoothie or Frappé are made with the same base product.

The image of the new brand had to convey all the aspects that defined the new brand and product:

  • Freshness and creamy.
  • Artisan and made based on natural ingredients.
  • Ready for consumption.
  • Suitable for consumption as ice cream, ice cream shake (milkshake), frappé or smoothie.
  • And, at the same time, to be attractive to our target.

 

We also needed not be associated with any other brand, not just in the ice cream market, but in any other industry, to appear as a new brand.

 

The result was a brand with a very marked and recognizable identity, and easily identifiable on the linear.
